✅ 1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order
• The watch is unused, unworn, and in original condition
• The product is in its original packaging with all tags attached
• The item has a manufacturing defect or damage caused during delivery
• The wrong product was delivered to you

❌ 2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Watches that have been used or worn
• Items without original packaging or missing tags
• Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or accidents
• Watches with tampered or broken seals
• Items purchased during final sale or clearance promotions
• Any product returned after 7 days of delivery

🔃 3. Exchange Policy

We offer free exchange in the following cases:

• You received a wrong or defective item
• The product has a manufacturing fault
• You want to exchange for a different variant of the same product (subject to availability)

💰 4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed under these conditions:

• If the item is out of stock and cannot be exchanged
• If the product delivered was significantly different from what was ordered
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after the returned item is received and inspected
• Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash based on your preference

⚠️ Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

3. Send clear photos of the product showing the issue or defect
4. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours
5. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the shipping address
6. After we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed

• If the return is due to a defective or wrong item, Afnan Watch will bear the return shipping cost
• If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges
